Jack's Fire Engine Bed

No siren (thank goodness), just a night light.

We took these pictures before Emily went to school this morning. That's her Friday School Spirit shirt.
(just so you know, Paige wasn't running around in just her underwear ALL day!)


Once Jack learns how to back out of this bed we can start using it. Until then, it's a really fun play place!

Budding Stair-Master

Jack has found the stairs, but fortunately he has only made it up the first three. He tries to sit down, but there's not enough room...and that's when he falls...time for the baby gate.

Like Father Like Son

I thought this was cute too. Today when the phone rang, Jack pulled the phone down and tried to answer it. Good thing it was just a telemarketer!

Tea Time Party

The girls went to a Birthday Tea Party where "Mrs. Crumpet" dressed them all up (including make-up), then had a fashion show and sang "I'm a Little Tea Pot". Then they had finger foods and apple "tea".

Jack's 9 Month Check Up

Jack had his check up. He's doing great. He weighed in at 21 lbs. and was 29" long (70-75%). His growth has slowed...obviously from all the activity! His tear duct is still blocked and will get a consult from the opthamologist. His 6th tooth has broken through. Paige says he's a very brave boy because he didn't cry when they pricked his finger. He is crawling all over the place and pulling himself up to standing. He just started cruising. My favorite new thing he does is pushing his toy car around...because we all know how much his Daddy loves cars!
