Disneyland!!!!!

Our trip to Disneyland. We had fabulous family time. Paige was a little overwhelmed by it all. Emily was just excited to be "absent" from school (her first absence ever).

It was nice to be able to take Jack on a lot of the rides.

Ariel.

This was the Buzz Lightyear ride. You got to shoot at targets along the way. (Note the score!) Then you got to email yourself the photo.

Paige having a rest at the Tiki Room.
The girls were excited to see where Mickey "lives".

Jack got a good view of the parade up here...and a good taste of Daddy's head!
Of course the girls were exhausted at the end of the day. It's a good thing that Daddy is used to carrying 90lbs on his back!

I asked the kids what their favorite part of Disneyland was. Emily said "Space Mountain" and Paige said "sitting on the bench and sleeping at the hotel".

Breakfast at Disney's Paradise Pier Hotel

This was the most expensive breakfast we've ever eaten, but the food was great and the entertainment was fantastic.

Learning the Hukilau with Lilo & Stitch

Goofy & Goofier

Disney's California Adventure Theme Park

Paige thinks rides are scary.
Chicken Little & Mulan

Our little Diva found her trailer.

Waiting for the Aladdin show to start.
Paige HAD to have a Mickey-shaped ice cream bar!

Thank You Grandma & Grandpa!

New clothes to look oh-so cute!

Tide Pools at Swami's

The kids got a real treat going to the tide pools with Aunt Chrissy the science teacher! They saw octopus, crab, sea stars, sea hare (in Emily's hands below), etc...
Hannah got to experience an octopus' defense mechanism first hand as it squirted her face with ink!

Does anybody have a towel?

This is Chris' rack aboard the USS Ogden; he has the top bunk...luxurious eh?

Chris' "Aircraft Ditching" Training

He learned what to do if his "bird" ends up in the ocean + surface survival skills.
