Jack's Surgery

(borrowed Sarah's camera) Jack had his tear ducts probed yesterday at Children's Hospital in San Diego. The Dr. said that the right one was not as bad as the left one, but it needed to be opened a little more too. He was in and out of the anesthesia induced sleep within 30 min. He seemed a bit upset afterward, but with a little Tylenol and a lot of love he recovered just fine (not to mention a lot of juice too, as he was starving from not being able to eat all day). The only thing I wasn't prepared for was the blood-tinged tears. :( But he's all better now...just needs eye drops twice a day for a couple weeks...hopefully they will stay open and he won't have any more problems.
